Our sand cast beam truss is a high strength load-bearing structural element specifically designed for building slabs, suspended ceiling systems and industrial platforms. Thanks to precision sand casting technology, the product provides exceptional structural stability and long-term reliability under static and dynamic loads.
The product is made from high-strength nodular cast iron or high-strength structural cast steel. One-piece molding is used using resin mixtures, the pouring temperature and the directional solidification process are strictly controlled, which can effectively eliminate internal shrinkage cavities, gas pores and other typical casting defects. The one-piece cast construction completely eliminates hidden connection risks, such as cracked welds and loose fasteners, that often occur with traditional prefabricated or welded beam trusses. The result is significantly higher overall stiffness, flexural strength and shear strength. The product reliably absorbs evenly distributed and concentrated shock loads, maintaining stable performance characteristics even under prolonged intense loads, frequent dynamic vibrations and temperature changes from –30 °C to +60 °C.
The beam truss is fully compliant with ASTM A53 and national structural codes. The optimized cross-sectional profile allows maximum efficient use of the material while reducing its own weight, which improves the load-bearing capacity of the floors. At the customer's request, the surface can be processed by hot-dip galvanizing, coated with anti-corrosion paint or fire retardant, which ensures high corrosion and fire resistance. The service life under normal conditions inside and outside buildings exceeds 50 years. The product comes with pre-drilled mounting holes and built-in positioning elements, allowing it to be quickly and accurately connected to floor slabs, support frames and main building structures, significantly reducing installation time on site. Widely used in large industrial plants, shopping centers, warehouse logistics sites and suspended systems of public buildings, providing a reliable and cost-effective solution for load-bearing structures in modern construction.
